Terms and Conditions

Please take the time to read through the Terms & Conditions of Sale as outlined below before ordering from my online store.

Ordering

In ordering from my online store you are purchasing a piece(s) of original art which will be varnished and signed (prints, functional and wearable art are available too).

On placing an order you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your purchase.

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days.

  • If for any reason you require a shipping upgrade to receive artwork sooner, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.

Goods purchased from the Online Store are for personal use only and should not be used for marketing or promotional use except by the artist.

Loss/Damage

All sales of original pieces and prints are final and non refundable. Exceptions are made in case of damage or loss incurred whilst shipping.

If damage has occurred, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Regarding package loss, please contact me within 7 days after your expected shipping time based on your location. Please see the Shipping Policy for estimated shipping times and what to do if your package doesn’t arrive when expected.

Damage:

Please retain all packaging as photos are needed for my insurance. For insurance purposes a minimum of 3 well lit, detailed photographs of said damage to the parcel and the packaging are required. If there are any issues it is recommended 6 photos are provided which detail all damages. If you are unable to provide detailed images of the damage, it will not be possible to move forward on a refund.

International Shipping for Large Artworks:

International shipping is available for all resin paintings 12x12 inches or smaller, and for orders with a total weight of 2kgs or less.

If an artwork is classified as large/heavy, this will be indicated within the product listing page.

To order a large/heavy artwork, please e-mail jenna@jennafergusonart.com for an accurate shipping quote based on your location.


You will be sent two quotes;
- One quote for shipping the artwork using a specialist art shipping company who provide insurance cover for shipping artwork internationally.

- The second quote will be to use a standard shipping company such as Parcelforce. Please note standard shipping companies will not provide insurance cover to ship artwork internationally. Therefore if you choose this shipping option you understand there is no protection against loss/damage during transit. Jenna Ferguson Art accepts no responsibility for loss/damage to the artwork if you choose this shipping option.


If you make a purchase of an artwork without prior emailing for a shipping quote, you will be charged a standard (uninsured) shipping fee and will be sent an email regarding the above shipping options after purchase. It is strongly advised art is sent internationally using the insured specialist shipping company. Please note artwork will not be shipped until the shipping invoice has been paid, and the shipping agreement email has been returned. If the shipping invoice is not paid within 2 days of artwork purchase, the artwork will be relisted to the website and you will be issued a refund for the artwork.

Payment and Pricing

Payments for orders made from the Online Store are accepted via Paypal, Stripe, and Clearpay. Cheques or postal orders are not accepted.

Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). For customers whose method of payment is in a currency other than GBP, then orders will be subject to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction. This will be converted live when you click to complete your purchase.

Credit card details are not stored and customer details are not shared with any 3rd parties.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on commissioned pieces. Please see my Commission Request page for further details.

Shipping

For information and shipping costs, please click on the shipping page.

Worldwide shipping is available – shipping costs are calculated when you select your delivery country at the checkout. Shipping charges include packaging and handling costs, and are based on the dimensions and price of your artwork. Please also see ‘International Shipping for Large Artworks’ section above.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable. Please contact your local customs office prior to purchase for more details on duties, taxes and fees according to your countries regulations.

Please ensure your Shipping Address is correct at the time of purchase. Any postage paid on orders returned to us due to errors in your Shipping Address will be invoiced to you via PayPal before the order can be shipped again.

Custom artworks, such as commissions, are shipped either via Royal Mail or will be shipped using a courier if they are larger pieces. Individual shipping quotes will be provided for commissions based on size and weight of the parcel and shipping location.

Delayed Post

While postal delays are rare, please take into account that there are busier times of year, such as Christmas, where your order may take longer than expected.

Please note that parcels can take up to 6 weeks to clear customs at certain times of the year. Until they clear customs they are technically not “delivered” to the country they are shipping too. Once they clear customs they are officially part of that countries postal service and tracking will resume as normal. Should you have any concerns, please get in touch.

Original Art Care Note:

Each piece of original art has been carefully sealed with a protective UV varnish spray. However to best preserve the vibrancy of colour and minimise any possible colour fading over time, it is recommended all original artworks are kept out of direct sunlight and where possible displayed behind UV protective glass. If you have any questions regarding the care of your artwork please contact me.

Returns

All sales of original artworks and prints are final and non refundable.

Exceptions are made in case of damage or loss incurred whilst shipping. If this happens, please see Loss/Damage section above for details of how/when to contact me.
